Passport
A valid passport is essential. You will need your passport number, issue date, and expiry date for the application.
Email Address
A valid email address is required to receive your NZeTA approval notification. Use an email you check regularly.
Payment Card
Credit or debit card to pay the NZeTA application fee.

You may need to provide additional identification information. Have your passport details ready.
Passport Requirements
Passport Validity
Your passport must remain valid throughout your stay in New Zealand. We recommend at least 3-6 months of validity beyond your departure date.
Passport Number Accuracy
Your passport number must be entered correctly. Errors can render your NZeTA invalid.
Passport Copies
While not required for submission, keeping a copy of your passport's information page is recommended for your records.
